Refund policy
By registering for any upcoming (LIVE) course found on PBT with the intent of attending live and waiting for related material, Client agrees to the following cancellation policy:
If, at any time, Client must cancel a training they have already registered and paid for, they can transfer to a future Brainspotting training with Consultant without losing any fees paid up to three times. If Client desires a cash refund and cancels within 2.5 weeks prior to the training, they will be refunded the full amount, minus a $50 administrative fee. If Client cancels after this time, they will be reimbursed their tuition less $150 to cover supplies and proprietary information. If Client is a no show at the training and has not informed Consultant, no refund is due. Client may be given one last opportunity to attend a future date at Consultant's discretion. If Client cannot attend the training, Client will be given full credit for future trainings or may send another clinician in their stead.
Termination
Company is committed to providing all clients in the Program with a positive Program experience. By purchasing Company's products, Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program or upon violation of the terms as determined by Company. Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.
Our Minimum Guarantees
Some of Company's Programs offer no refunds and it is the Client's responsibility to check the sales material at the time of their order for details.
