Continuing Education Units
1. Question: Do you offer Continuing Education Units (CEU’s)?
Answer: Yes, CEU’s are available for all of our live trainings. If you would like to
purchase CEU’s for an upcoming training, you can do so on the “Live Trainings”
registration page. Simply click the “Buy CE’s” button. Please note that CEU’s must be purchased before the training ends and cannot be bought afterwards. If you are taking an On-Demand course and would like to be eligible for CEU’s, you must opt-in to take the training live through your portal.
2. Question: I haven’t received my CEU’s yet. Who can I contact?
Answer: Please email support@ce-go.com for any CE related questions.
3. Question: Can I get CEU’s for my state?
Answer: Please verify that these Continuing Education (CE) credits meet your state licensing board requirements prior to registering. We are not responsible for determining individual eligibility, and CE acceptance may vary by state and licensing board.
Trainings
4. Question: I purchased an On-Demand course but I’ve changed my mind and want to take it live. Can I do that?
Answer: Yes! You can opt-in for a live training session via your On-Demand portal.
5. Question: Do you offer a certification in Brainspotting?
Answer: No. We always provide a certificate of completion after every training, but this is not the same as becoming a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. For more information on how to become certified, please visit: https://brainspotting.com/get-certified/
6. Question: I am not a licensed therapist. Can I still participate in a training course?
Answer: Yes! Our attendees have consisted of Life Coaches, Master Students, Body Workers, Reiki Practitioners, Nurses, etc.
7. Question: I want to volunteer for a demo during one of Lisa’s trainings. How do I do that?
Answer: Please email training@pacifictraumacenter.com to receive a set of questions required to apply for a demonstration.
8. Question: I forgot to verify my address before the cut off date and my supplies shipped to the wrong place! Can I get them re-shipped?
Answer: No. We only offer re-shipments if there was an internal error on our end.
9. Question: My certificate of completion has an error. Can I get another certificate sent?
Answer: No. We offer two opportunities for participants to review and correct their
information on our class roster. We do not re-send out certificates due to
spelling/informational errors, but you are more than welcome to download a free PDF-editor and adjust the document yourself!
10. Question: I lost my certificate! Can you please resend it to me?
Answer: Although we cannot resend certificates due to an error, we are more than happy to recover a lost certificate. Please email training@pacifictraumacenter.com to request a copy.
Trauma Mama Hour
11. Question: Can I get a recording of Lisa’s Trauma Mama Hours?
Answer: No. Trauma Mama hours are meant to be enjoyed live and we do not disperse recordings of the webinar.
12. Question: I didn’t receive a link for Lisa’s upcoming Trauma Mama Hour. Where can I find it?
Answer: Trauma Mama Hour links can be found on the “Live Training” page of our website!
13. Question: Can I receive the powerpoint slides from Lisa's Trauma Mama webinar?
Please note that the signup link is shared exclusively during the call. We will be unable to distribute materials to individuals who attempt to sign up after this deadline.
