There is nothing more stressful for a therapist than fearing one of your client’s will suicide. I want to share with all of you an Expansion Set-Up that is highly effective for expanding your client's desire to live. A client at Pacific Trauma Center disclosed after doing an Expansion Spot on why she wanted to live, that she had a small sandwich sized bag filled with pills in her purse that she planned on using if the session didn’t help her desire to live. That moment was profound for both of us.

This is such a difficult time in our world. Try this very effective technique on any of your client’s with suicidal ideation, even ones with a specific plan and means.
